Catering Information
A few things to know before placing your order. Have a question? Call our catering manager at 317.253.9513.
Ordering
Orders should be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Menu changes require 48 hours notice. 10-person minimum for all catering orders.
Delivery
$150 minimum order. $25 delivery fee. Additional fees may apply for orders over $500, delivery locations outside Marion County, deliveries after 4:00 p.m., deliveries outside normal business hours, or deliveries with special requests.
Payment
All catering orders must be paid in full prior to pick-up or delivery unless special arrangements have been made.
Custom Catering
Inquire about additional items not on the menu. Our chefs are happy to customize.
Dietary Restrictions
Notify the catering manager of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Consuming raw or uncooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially with certain medical conditions.
Hard Equipment
Basic equipment rental: $40. Extra equipment charges may apply.
Disposable Equipment
All orders are automatically displayed on disposable trays unless otherwise specified. Disposable chafers for hot menu items: $20 each. Disposable plates, silverware, napkins, cups, and serving utensils available for an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received by the catering manager via email or in writing no later than 10:00 a.m. one business day prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 100% charge.
