Deli Cook
Full-time / Part-time
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and hot deli items to order during service. Handle slicing, portioning, and daily prep, keep the case stocked and rotated, and hold the line on food safety and cleanliness standards.
Dishwasher
Full-time / Part-time
Run the dish machine and keep clean plates, pans, and utensils moving back to the kitchen and the front counter through every service. Scrape and load dishes, wash pots and prep equipment by hand, and handle trash, floors, and end-of-night cleaning so the kitchen opens clean the next morning.
